What the price
means in practice.
The scope is agreed for the property. Here are the boundaries to understand alongside the inclusions.
A deposit, not an extra
The £100 deposit is deducted from the £1,600 total. That leaves £1,500 remaining. This website does not collect payment.
Time to do the agreed work
No additional hourly surcharge applies simply because the agreed residential job takes longer. Any different scope must be discussed before it proceeds.
Workmanship covered
A 12-month workmanship warranty applies to the work carried out under the agreed scope. Confirm the full terms and reporting procedure before booking.
Reinstatement is separate.
Drying, plastering, replacement tiles, floor finishes, decoration and other decorative or remedial reinstatement are excluded. Commercial instructions require a separate quotation.
